Plesant experience despite my deep concerns

The experience couldn't have been better despite my own deep concerns of possible skin cancer. Her assistant started off by totally presenting a calm but perky demeanor to help settle my mind reviewing my intake forms and reason for the visit.The doctor was very confident and explained in enough detail I could feel reassured I wasn't just agreeing out of any guilt of my own urger to not seem ignorant of the diagnosis.I know this is true because I could explain it to my sister who was in the medical field & she understood also.I do recommend Dr Abbey and her team to all.

Awful experience all around
Referred to this office by a doctor for cosmetic consult and medical condition. Completed blood work and went to appointment. After the cosmetic consult I mentioned the medical condition but there was no visit and the PA didn't check blood work nor followed up with anything. I checked out and left. Later received a call saying because I had conversation about medical condition they would charge me as a medical visit. I explained there was no visit and the PA didnt check blood work not conducted a visit but they insisted they would file with my insurance and I had to pay. I felt it was a scam as they should not be allowed to charge for a medical visit that never occurred

Body cancer scan
No wait time. Abbey is so friendly and takes the time to listen to any questions you have and takes the time to explain answers to you. I highly recommend her, she is knowledgeable and caring. I also like the fact that her assistant is the same one from the last time I was there. As Abbey is doing the scan she explains whatever she sees as a mole or whatever it is. Highly recommend

A phenomenal PA and person!
I loved McMurray's humility and confidence! Such a warm personality and incredible bedside manner. I'm left wondering why can't most doctor visits be this way. I found this practitioner to be highly skilled, knowledgeable, and competent.
