Abby was an excellent therapist to assist me with rehab from a partial Achilles tear. The treatments over 4 weeks and exercises she assigned helped immensely. I went from a painful limp to no limp and no pain. I continue to do the exercises for a couple of months to assure strengthening in that leg.

Therapy is good however, I would highly encourage a need for improvement in communication. She never even told me her name! She never explained what she was doing or why. No questions for me besides rate your pain. I was never told how often to do exercises on my knee at home, what to avoid, nothing really. It seems that she did her job without much care or communication behind it. I would have switched PT's but this was the only center covered by my insurance.
