We went to Adam for couples counseling since my husband has regular angry outbursts due to anxiety, and I was hoping Adam could teach him to manage anger better. Sadly, I don't think Adam really understood the problem, and just gave us generic advice that was helpful (being more appreciative), but didn't teach real skills/understanding. He also spent a lot of time sharing his own life difficulties, which is like an unwell doctor trying to heal patients. My sense is he needs care himself
