I ended up in Addi’s care when my previous provider left the practice. Ifelt that Addi was dismissive of concerns and didn’t listen. When I reported an issue to her in an appointment or via the portal, she didn’t care to address it fully and made me feel like I was a bother (even telling me to wait 3 weeks for my annual appointment rather than working me in sooner when I reported a recurrence of an ongoing problem and I was out of the medication that was treating it). My impression was always that she wanted to get through my appointments as quickly as possible. I started using telehealth services through our insurance company whenever possible or even immediate care a couple of times because they seemed more helpful and concerned about my health than Addi. If you are 22, in great health, and just need a signature on your physical once a year- Addi would probably be an ok choice. If you have any complex issues that needs addressed or managed, I’d recommend you choose someone else.
