I have been seeing Dr. Gould for the past 5 years, initially coming to see her with an emergency that was the result of a misdiagnosis from another doctor. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail was exceptional, and I made Dr. Gould my primary eye care physician from that point on. She takes the time to do a thorough examination and treats her patients as individuals, ensuring that concerns are addressed and questions answered.

Excessively long wait and rude attitude. Ignored us several times in favour of customers who walked in off the street after me and seemingly ignored processing people in the queue in order for no reason. To cap it all off, they aggressively upsell at this place and suggested that I was a bad father if I didn't buy my child the more expensive frames. Terrible bedside manner resulted in my child crying when she admonished ze for his reluctance to wear glasses due to bullying at school
