I have been going to Dr. Banks since 2012. She has seen me for yearly eye exams and emergency appointments for infections. Recently, I have been suffering from an acute PTSD crisis. I avoided getting my eye exam due to my anxiety issues. Unfortunately, I came into her office having one of the worst panic attacks. She and her staff treated me with such human kindness and compassion. They helped me through the process of getting glasses & contacts. She is an angel on earth who truly cares about her patients. If you need an eye exam, I recommend that you reach out to her office. They are truly the best and their prices cannot be beat.
