Dr. Adrianne Ahern-Grundland, PHD

My experience with Dr. Ahern lead me to a place of acceptance, self-awareness, mental and emotional self-empowerment and finally peace. Dr. Ahern has the tools, it’s up to the client/patient to work on how best to utilize them on a minute by minute basis. It’s been five years now since I last worked with Dr. Ahern. I use tools from her book and ah-ha moments from our one on ones to this day. I can attest after years worth of tears and re-framing, Dr. Ahern is a gem to the mental health community. If you’re in a toxic personal or professional relationship, working with Dr. Ahern will assist you in breaking emotionally free. Just know it’s not an instant (couple visits) fix, the work comes from you. My two pups and our favorite spot.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ahern to any of my friends or loved ones in need of her care. Care, is definitely what I received during my visits. Her knowledge, her concern and kindness and amazing advice was definitely much needed and gratefully appreciated . I always felt as though I was the most important person in her life when I sat in her office feeling totally relaxed and comfortable and assured. I will always be grateful to Dr Ahern and feel so blessed that I was lucky enough to be one of her many patients

She has no problem sharing your sessions with other without your concent. She has no concept of confidentiality. She although not a good therapy, she never give me any advises on how I can treat my stress or anxiety. I basically helped myself by mediation, and try to be logical approaching my issues. Don't waste your money on her.
