Caution is advised when considering engaging with this individual. Unfortunately, I have found their approach to lack consistency and compassion, which I consider unprofessional. Their conduct has left me surprised at their continued success in business. She is RUDE and a bit arrogant. I've observed similar concerns in the reviews above. It may be wise to exercise discretion in your interactions.

Rude, Not What I was Expecting
I did not have good experience with Dr. Berry. She made me feel worse than I did when I got on the video call with her. She seemed really rushed and kept asking me questions that I had already answered for her. She also stated that I was a “liability” for her to have has a patient due to having previous passive thoughts (not current). I would avoid scheduling this provider. It didn’t seem like she was there to listen or help.. only there to judge. She made me feel guilty for even feeling depressed or anxious. I felt like she lacked compassion.

30 minutes into my first virtual session with this so called counselor I knew it was a mistake. She never took the time to look at me and it didn't appear that she was even listening. This was when I felt she needed counseling more then I did. My son recently passed away and I was pouring out my heart to someone I thought was a professional. After 30 minutes she abrutly asked for paperwork that had already been aporoved and that was her only concern. I was devasted, there was no compassion or care in her delivery. This person was extremely unprofessional and I'm baffled that she is allowed to continue to practice.

Very rude and condescending!!! Hung up the phone on me while inquiring about new client scheduling. Don’t see how she’s even in the business of counseling!

Adrienne Berry is an unconventional ‘therapist,’ to the point it could be argued she’s not actually providing counseling or therapy. I have no doubt that she could be an effective life coach, but life coaching and counseling/therapy are not one in the same, and her approach is to treat them as if they were. If you require conventional counseling: uninterrupted sessions where you are heard and possibly sympathized with, and can express yourself without judgement: seek assistance elsewhere.
