Adrienne Ton, RN

It was supposed to be an inperson examination of my physical condition. However Adrienne chose to instead make my appointment a telephone call. Adrienne spent over an hour lecturing me, on how highly valuable her personal feelings, and the personal feelings of her coworkers are. She went on at length about my expectations of professionalism and competent medical care, being unacceptable and wholly inappropriate. Adrienne then demanded that I 'swear' to treat her, and her coworkers with 'due' respect! I of course considered, to myself, just how little respect, she was, and would be, due. She then faxed me her demands, in writting. At no point was my medical care addressed. Adrienne has, though, sought to bill my medical insurance for and office visit.
