Ahuva Silverstein is understanding, attentive, and professional. She knows when to simply listen in a non-judgmental way, and when to help by teaching helpful therapeutic skills. Its great that she actively practiced skills (like mindfulness and grounding skills) in the therapy room, that were then able to be used outside of the therapy room as life goes on. Ahuva focuses on the client completely. She doesn't share about herself in the process. (For those who are wondering about this- Ahuva seems to be pro-meds, yet respectful of the anti-meds perspective.)
