Aida is a straight-shooter and you will see quick results with her. She helps you arrive at the conclusions you need to reach to grow as a person and overcome challenges. I'm surprised by the negative reviews because she is attentive, a great listener, and helps you really reflect upon and evaluate what you need to do to get better. Best of all, she holds you accountable. She is very empowering. I saw her for 3 years but stopped due to financial issues. I came on here to reestablish the relationship and saw the negative reviews and am shocked. I believe some people simply want someone to give them an easy way out and Aida is honest and real with her clients. You need to be committed to change for therapy to work and she holds you to that.
