Aimee Torres was very professional and treated Mom with respect like a true professional . She listened to us was very caring and offered a plan course of action for my Mothers condition.

This is an unprofessional, negligent, harmful cabal of incompetence masquerading as a medical office. They're ignorant, unskilled, and actively engaged in malpractice & patient abuse. They misdiagnosed a simple ailment. I had to correctly diagnose myself using Wikipedia. Each month they'd vehemently claim there's no record of the medicines Aimee prescribed. When I'd insist for a few minutes: "oh!" they'd "find" the records. They've emailed me questions, then "lost" 2 of my reply emails for a week each; they only magically found them once I called. They "never got" the 3rd email, until I called & emailed again a month later: "Found it!" They lied w/excuses anyone with email experience could see thru. Each time, the staff tells me a different story. Today the nurse called w/ old & false info, but claimed to have checked with Aimee & the Mngr just before calling; liar; I just spoke to the Mngr last night, she gave me opposing details. They contradict their own contradictions. shame
