Loved Alaine. Trying to make appointments, not so much. It is very hard to get an appointment with anyone in the office. Very frustrating and disappointing. For this fact I am looking for a new pod five to go.

The nurses and doctor were all courteous and helpful, and care was swift and painless with plenty of communication on what was happening and why. At no point in the visit did I feel nervous about what was happening.
