Quality Eye Care
The clinic is well run. While eye exams always involve some wait time (e.g., waiting after they put the eye drops in to dilate your pupils and waiting for a separate fitting if you have contacts), wait times here are never very long. Dr. Hein explains things well and is very patient with questions. The technicians are friendly and professional.

Friendly, clear, informative
Dr Hein had recommended a six-month follow-up visit to track a potential risk to my eye health. At the visit he was very clear and helpful in answering my questions about what the exam indicated (six months prior and at this visit). Fortunately things are stable and no treatment is needed. I'm grateful Dr Hein is being attentive.

Eye Exam with Dr. Hein
Everyone at the clinic was friendly and helpful. Dr. Hein listened and addressed my concerns. He made a couple of suggestions. He was honest, that my current prescription was fine, thus saving me from feeling like I had to go out and invest in a new pair of glasses. Honest, friendly and professional.
