Find a better doctor that actually to listens his/her patients and does not invalidate their feelings. If I was looking for a spiritual teacher I would have found one but I was looking for a psychiatrist not a mindfulness teacher. What kind of psychiatrist tells you that everything's all in your head and you can just meditate all your problems away? This guy needs to do everyone a favor and retire, he's got no business practicing medicine any longer unless you want to feel like you are being treated by a psychiatrist in 1985. Alan is nothing more than a pompous and arrogant man that enjoys to argue with his patients. One of the worst psychiatrist I have ever met in my life. He made me worse, not better!! RETIRE ALAN!!! YOU SUCK! Horrible doctor and horrible person to boot
