One of the most unprofessional health care "professionals" I have ever experienced. Did not ask me almost any questions my whole time during the exam. He is literally in a barn that has turned into a wedding venue at a table. Shameful the government uses this guy.

Dr Metzel did my VA C&P exam what the rater will do with I do not know.He was respectful to me allowed me to answer the questions and did not rush me. I got there early and had to wait just a little past appt. time. As he had another client before me. So, do not get mad if you have to wait for he will spend the time needed for each client. I have talked to other providers and I felt the most ease with him

He wore sandals and a dirty shirt, answered his cell phone several times during my visit, and challenged nearly every answer I gave. He claimed that 90% of veterans don't like his finding but he gets paid well for his opinions so he doesn't mind. His report stated that I Googled PTSD/TBI symptoms and had no ailments. I lost benefits 5 other doctors had found to be service connected and compensatable. Not only should he never be allowed around US Vets, he should not have a license to practice.
