Very thorough
He always takes his time to listen to me and to explain and address every aspect of any issues I might be having with my hearing and hearing aid. It's clear that he enjoys his work and is in this field because he wants to help people. He doesn't make unrealistic promises but he also doesn't just shrug his shoulders in the face of a challenge. I trust his advice.

Seen over 20 different physicians in multiple specialties over the years. Doctors don't get any better than this. He listens, he empathizes, he explains things, he has comprehensive as well as specialized intelligence--meaning he's able to think equally carefully about any topic inside or outside his field--and he writes thorough, thoughtful, legible reports.
