I had an underwhelming experience with Alana for ADHD diagnosis and management. From the start, she seemed cold and disengaged, like she was just going through the motions in our interactions, which made it difficult to feel understood or supported. There was no comprehensive discussion about what led to my diagnosis, and despite my requests for additional information or studies regarding ADHD, there was no follow-through. Our 25-minute sessions felt like a waste of time and was DEFINITELY not worth the session fees; they were mostly limited to her asking how I had been and then offering vague, generic responses that didn’t encourage meaningful dialogue. I knew it was time to stop seeing her when I took a look at her patient notes from our last session, when she wrote in my file that I was 'doing better in college'. I graduated over a year ago and have seen her 3 or 4 times by that point
