Dr. Bonfil is the rare combination of warm and knowledgable. I worked with him to deal with my anxiety disorder for about three months. I always found him to be helpful, and I always felt understood and supported by him. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with anxiety.

My claustrophobia had been increasing over the past 20 yrs & recently took a serious turn upward where I had panic attacks in elevators, airplanes, & other settings where I needed to be for work. I've never believed in therapy, but nothing else had worked & decided to try it out. After 6 appts, I feel free of claustrophobia. It's pretty incredible that I don't have panic attacks in those spaces anymore. I attribute it all to Dr. Bonfil. He changed my life and I will be forever thankful to him.
