Just met Alena today. I went in not expecting much as she ended up as my primary physician by default since few doctors here are taking new patients. SOOO glad she is my new primary. She actually LISTENS. I never felt rushed or like I was wasting her time like I have with previous doctors. She was friendly, personable, and took an interest in who I am and how I like to handle my medical care. She was supportive and was the first doctor to actually get excited to research my rare auto-immune disease rather than just guess as at a medication that might work. While I have only seen her for the initial consultation, I am very, very happy with my first impression.
