Great!!
She is an amazing therapist who involves compassion and empathy into her work. She helped me implement techniques to deal with and challenge negative thought patterns. She is very knowledgeable and uses this really well without feeling like I’m just listening to jargon. She administered a very thorough full mental evaluation alongside Dr. Barbara McDowell.
