I am really fussy about audiologists because too many of them don't really listen to what the clients are saying. Alex was very patient, took everything I told him into account, and tweaked and adjusted the digital program until it was exactly the way I wanted it (which, by the way, is not the textbook setting that the manufacturer recommends). Great job!
