Right before the pandemic started I had appointment where I got snapped at by him for expressing how I felt about something that was going on in my life . It felt like the type of anger induced by hunger. I got 10 minutes of that from him, then never apologizing, he tried smoothing things over for the remainder as if he then realized he went too far. I felt ripped off & betrayed, and planned to address this at my next appointment, which he cancelled the day before, and has never checked up on me since. And just like that, the safe space and environment I had with this therapist was destroyed.
