Alex has been instrumental in treating my depression and anxiety. She is both professional and empathetic. I've not once felt judged or dismissed in the 6 months I've been seeing her. Rather, issues I am insecure about addressing, because I believe they are burdensome or insignificant to others, she has taken seriously and with kindness. While I may still have a ways to go, the impact she continues to make in my life is far beyond what I expected or had hoped for. I cannot recommend her more!
