Had multiple appointments with this PA, prescribed medications without discussing concerns, adverse side-effects etc. Advised me to schedule a follow-up without checking the remainder of my prescription, or advising me to schedule with this in mind, leaving a week gap in my medication. Didn't call or follow up with me in any way about this. Always in a rush to be done with the appointment as well.
