Mixed Feelings
I didn't think I would write a review, but it's important I share my experience. Alex is a good therapist, and I liked working with her. Finding a therapist you can connect with is hard, so I was lucky when I found Alex. Unfortunately, she has canceled quite a few appointments and is removing clients from her caseload because she's taken on more than she can handle, which is unfair to her clients. She shared this with me and said our schedules didn't align without even attempting to find another day/time that would work for us. It's very hurtful to be "broken up" with by your therapist, who you liked.
