Dr. Alexandra Lanty, DPT

I had several weeks worth of appointments with Dr. Lanty, and found her to be one of the best physical therapists I have ever worked with. She asked about the aspects of my daily life that were impacted by [the reason that I was seeing her], and had incredibly helpful suggestions both for strengthening my body to meet the requirements of my daily activities, and to adjust my routine to better support my body. She also kept in mind other aspects of my health beyond [the reason I was there], so that the physical therapy we were doing wouldn't interfere with (or be messed up by) my other health problems. Talking with her from week to week, she had an incredible grasp of my overall health, and I think that that was really helpful for the physical therapy being successful. The one caveat that I have is that she did dismiss some concerns that I raised in terms of new, physical-therapy related issues with [the reason I was there]; that being said, I would still recommend her overall.
