I was going through a difficult divorce and hoped that things would move along by hiring Nolletti. Lexi Maxwell took my case and for the first time I felt some relief. Shortly after this turned into the greatest stress of my life. The practice style of Ms. Maxwell is horrendous, she has no regard for the families being affected as they deal with such difficult times. My entire family was affected by this. She assures you everything will work your way, even when the odds are not exactly in your favor, and makes false promises. When things don’t go as expected she’ll come up with excuses and blame the other party. Being mindful of resources, I considered settling, but she suggested going to court would be better. WRONG. Do not go to court. Avoid it at all costs. It’s going to consume you in every possible way: your time, your wallet, your patience. If you are dealing with someone who’s trying to collaborate, settle and put it all behind you. I deeply regret hiring this firm.
