Alexandra Milonas, MPA

I was in a really bad place when I started seeing Alex. She is incredibly empathetic and could see right to the heart of what I was trying to say. We worked together for 3 years and I have never met another therapist that was as insightful or caring as her. Excellent at breaking down negative thought patterns and finding the root of the issue. Does a lot of CBT.

I have had a few different therapists but none like Alexandra. Her compassion is unmatched and her breakdown and analysis is crazy accurate. She’s honestly changed my life. I didn’t move out of the state when I got the chance because I don’t think there’s anyone who gets me or my needs better and my progress is important to me and ever-growing with her. She is caring and understanding. I have never once felt judged by her and I’ve never made such incredible strides in all my years of therapy. For POCs out there, I’ve never felt any bias or prejudice from her, I feel completely comfortable which is sometimes hard to find. She’s great, honesty, go change your life.

Alexandra is the best experience I've ever had when it comes to therapy and counseling related to addiction/substance abuse and anxiety/depression. She's compassionate and always want to work on finding a solution. Her memory is impeccable. Talking to her feels incredibly natural which makes counseling more effective and enjoyable to talk about difficult subjects.
