Unreliable, inconsistent. Cancelling 6 appointments in a row, without notifying you. Invalidating. Literally gaslighting. Triggers your PTSD and then accuses you of reacting inappropriately. Refuses to see you if you're 7 minutes late, claiming they have a 10 minute policy (and refusing to respond when you ask how 7 is >10). Sneaking very heavily stigmatized diagnoses onto your chart after knowing you for 3 sessions and not even discussing it with you. This woman severely worsened my mental health when I was already in crisis. Everyone else at Canandaigua Behavioral Health is just as bad. Avoid this place at all costs!
