My husband is a patient at her office. The complaint we have is that you cannot reach the office. With the many appointments that my husband have I need to have something to verify his visits for my employer. I forgot to get the excuse and called back immediately. They assured me they would fax it right over. Called back the next day after not receiving the information. Left messages with no success of reaching the office or returned call. Last time trying for the day after being on hold for 20 minutes someone answered and said they would fax it. Still no excuse. Ok day three after being on hold for 17 minutes they said give them thirty minutes to send the fax. Guess what? No excuse. My biggest concern is that is you do not answerer or return phone calls why do you have a business. Asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold with no one returning. I think it is rude and unprofessional. If you do not want patients to call then do not have a business.

I see Alice as a provider for pain management. I really like her. She listens and takes her time with her exams

Absolutely the rudest, most condescending, incompetent, and non-caring healthcare professional I have ever dealt with....always appears too tired to listen and keeps her head down when you are trying to talk to her...
