Addressed my health concerns and educated me about the most current research related to my health interests. Does not act rushed during the appointment. Alice truly cares about her patients and is passionate about patient education. She also does not judge (but does inform of risks/benefits) when a patient declines any procedure. Not saying “I” declined anything ;-) Highly recommend!

Late to appointments and does not listen to the patient.

Wish there was a zero star option....Decided to go to my husbands doctor that he has been going to since he was a kid and was very excited until my very first visit. My first visit Dr. Alice Phillips was about 45 min late to my very first appointment at the office and her excuse was because she got a new puppy... what doctor thinks its okay to have patients wait because of a new puppy? not a professional ones. The next issue was getting a referral to see a nephrologist because well, i have a life threatening disease. I got a call from the nephrologist office when i was on vacation and told her to email me so i can release records to her, i lost the email. I called the office to get the phone number and I have no idea what number they gave me but it was for an insurance office... then i called back and i guess they were looking me up under a different patient and still couldn't give me the right number or contact info... pretty sure that is against HIPPA. Then i made another appointment
