Pretty worthless
Visited for persistent wrist pain. Alicia gave me a number of exercises to do which didn't move the needle at all. She kept insisting it was from some trauma or injury, not from working at my desk, which made me feel like she wasn't listening or simply didn't care. It wasn't cheap and I received literally no improvement. What a waste.
