Excellent professional OT.
She helped me when I was an inpatient recover skills lost after a long illness. I was unaware of what OTs do and Ms. Lamb was a genius. She had anctive empathy, communicated and understood very well how to help those with poor memory and skills. I didn’t recall many months, and didn’t recognize places or people. She managed to give me hope and positive experiences. I am grateful for her ability, empathy, kindness and support. I recall how as I improved I was going to miss her positive energy.
