I was treated with kindness and respect which made the testing experience more pleasant. Her knowledge told her I needed another test done to verify the first test. She made me feel comfortable and I would recommend her to others.

It was a very good experience. Kind and courteous. I am not the best communicator, so with that understanding, no marks for having to explain 3 times before understood. I think when under stress, people assume too much, and don't really listen. The only negative was the wait. I can't stand to be put in a small room, and nothing and no one, for 30 min. I really like the Dr. very much, and all who work there are super nice! That means everything. Thank you!

I had an ear infection. I tried to resolve it for days before I sought professional help. Then it took 6 weeks to get an appointment for an ear infection? That is even far worse than the VA! Completely disrespectful. Please don't even try to tell me this is patient respect.
