Horrible. The rudest NP ever. Would never recommend. Extremely rude. She wrote on after visit notes things she did not even check. I was so taken back on how rude she was. Thought she was in the business of helping patients. She should pick another career.

This nurse was rude and dismissive and lectured me about the process of how primary care doctors send people to urgent care when they don’t want to see them. She barely looked at me and then wrote in the notes that she did all of these different things on me which she did not do. She was also quite rude and basically told me unless I had a broken leg or couldn’t breathe there was nothing she could do for me. I was appalled at how unprofessional she was and how rude she was. And when I called to complain about her to the office manager the office manager defended her and was to me also. I would not to to this urg care they do not be doing this as a job and they treat patients terribly. One star I would do less if I could

Such a wonderful person, I was really nervous going in but she was super fun and nice and my nerves were immediately gone. Also super professional and amazing at her job.

She gave me my Covid-19 vaccine last week! I was incredibly nervous going into it, but she provided me with so much information about it and left me a happy camper. Its great to have such an amazing health care worker out there during these tough times!

She was very helpful to me while I got my vaccine.

Rude , sarcastic , no patient care . Horrible experience

Very rude. Terrible bedside manner. “Mocking” other patients because they were nor sure of the COVID-19 clinic procedures. Told me I had COVID-19 when I have a history of sinus and ear infections and I let her know that; I was spoken to in a condescending manner for that as well. A better, more professional way would be to say “you are showing some signs of the virus let’s do a test to rule it out.”

So rude.
