Great therapist!
Ali is a great therapist! I feel safe and respected, and her space is cozy which is a nice bonus. She checked in with me at the beginning and end of our first few sessions just to make sure I felt she was a good fit (and vice versa) which I appreciated greatly. She's also a wellspring of resources–podcasts, books, videos, etc–and that's nice because being able to ask her for recommendations saves me a lot of legwork. It's also helpful to hear her thoughts about her recommendations.
