Alison Randall, PA

Ms. Randall, because I am not going to call her Doctor, us simply rude and disrespectful. Showed up 10 minutes late to my e-appointment. Started talking right away without introduction and just simple manners. Rushed through the process of prescribing my medication, and I felt so unheard. I have never had a doctor that does not ask how you are doing nor says have a great day. The last thing she said was “do you need anything else from me” and I was about to reply “no, thank you so much, have a great day”. She ended the call as soon as i mouthed the works no. No one should feel unheard at all Doctors appointment. Simply disappointing and disturbing.

Alison Randall is unprofessional, rude and am shocked she still has a job in healthcare. She needs to retire, no bedside manner at all. Been with Kaiser my whole life and never have been treated this way.

My worst experience with Kaiser in my 40 plus years as a member. Her assistant was the only good thing about my visit. Randall came in late, didn't introduce herself, barely spoke to me, rambled off scary words, a diagnosis and Johnny on the spot told me she could freeze the precancerous cells/lesion off my face or I could use some chemotherapy cream. And when I tried to ask for more information she was cold, rude, and inconsiderate. So I ask what was best in her opinion and her response was "It depends on if you want to do the work or if you want me to do the work. Yeah at that point I had decided I wasn't trusting her to touch my face. I couldn't get out of there quick enough.

Very unpleasant visit. This physician has zero bedside manner. Her energy was awful.

Terrible. Unfriendly. Didn’t introduce herself. Didn’t wash her hands before touching my face and body. Very unpleasant experience. Accusatory conversation. I couldn’t shake the “ick” long after leaving. Truly the opposite of “care”.

I couldn't disagree more with the previous review. I was seen exactly on schedule and greeted warmly. I had a question before the biopsy which was answered appropriately. Both Ms. Randall and her assistant were very professional and concerned for my comfort both during and after the procedure.

She was late - no apology for making me wait. She had no bedside manner. She was abrupt with me and my husband. She is a burned out PA who needs to retire - clearly no longer enjoying interacting with people. Terrible experience.
