I called to schedule my first ever appointment If I could give a zero rating I would. I called to schedule my first appointment and the girl that answered the phone was incredibly rude. I have never been treated so horribly by a medical office.

Last year I went in for my checkup and asked for my prescription which he gave me. I ordered a pair of glasses on line. When they came the left eye was way off. Long story short, he gave me the wrong information. I asked them to pay me for the new glasses. He insisted it couldn’t be his fault and tested me again and found out it was his fault and said he was sorry, but no help on the glasses. He suggested i ask the optical dept at his office for help. They said it wasn’t their fault, but would give me a 10% discount on a pair of glasses from then. That was nom help since with the discount it was more than $100 more than I paid for the on line glasses. Not good! After fuming for a few days I called the general manager, she agreed with me, but had to check with the owner. He also agreed with me and did get me replacement glasses, but with no help or empathy from Dr. Dennison.
