Allison has been my therapist for several years, now, and she has helped me through a lot. She's able to help me keep from getting mired down in the topic, but understands the gravity of what I'm talking about. I live an alternative lifestyle that could easily be looked down upon by other providers, but she doesn't even flinch when I tell her what happens with me within that lifestyle. Allison rarely tells me what I need to do, but guides me to the solutions or recommendations, myself, so that I am invested in the decision, whether or not I like it.
