Allison Drake, NP

I had the best experience with Allison Drake & can't imagine anyone not saying Allison provided professional yet personal & sensitive, & caring treatment. Allison treated me like I was important, seen & heard. I felt safe & respected. Allison went out of her way to make sure I had the best care always. She is no longer there & I am deeply sad & she can't be replaced for me. Oh, I have no problem saying who I am. Miss. Misty Lemay

She was unnecessarily mean and upsetting; even had a rude demeanor on neutral topics. Please avoid her if you can!

Waited 2 hours to be seen, for an 830am appointment... with shoes off for a diabetic foot exam. I finally put my shoes back on and walked out to the hall. I could see her sitting in an office on the phone laughing. I left. She honestly wasn't even worth waiting for but I need maintenance meds for blood pressure. Not going back. My blood work is all over the place, last time I saw her I asked about the blood work and she laughed and said it shows you have diabetes. Well no kidding. Now that I can see the blood work it shows a lot more than that. Also she writes in chart... no complaints. I do complain. Of pain that os most likely liver related. Don't mention pain. lol And I took Valium for years. Not anymore. She said nobody prescribes that!!! Well my pharmacy had no problem filling it for 5 years.

I thought I was crazy after a few appointments with her and things being said. I brought someone with me to the next appt and she in front of them (they were a rep from my insurance) she mocked my mental health battles and told me I should just leave. I got belittled and was never heard. Office was not clean. You were always treated like an inconvenience to the staff and definitely to Allison Drake. Stay away if you want good care!
