I was a patient in Waterbury Hospital and Allison was assigned to assist me as a social worker. I only visited with Allison one time. I was told multiple times by the staff that she was assigned to me and was supposed to be meeting with me about several important questions I needed assistance with. Basically she ghosted me when I needed help the most. I never saw her again despite my repeated requests to see her. She failed me.
