Took my concerns seriously, when she didn't know the answer to one of my questions she went and gathered information while I was there (understandably took some time) and went over it with me. Very thorough examination! My perscription had been the same for years and when a small change happened in my left eye my previous doctor upped the lens a bit and I knew it wasn't right. She got to the bottom of it, the lens was perfect with the same strength + a horizontal curve.
