Allyson is an excellent therapist. I am so happy to have found her. She listens intently and remembers everything I tell her. I really feel heard and understood. She helps me understand myself in a different way and to be gentler on myself instead of so self critical. She has also taught me really effective strategies for dialing down my anxiety. I really feel lucky to be working with her!
