She talks down to people like they're stupid. The sad part is that even after she dumbs things down, what she said still does not make sense. She talks around the subject rather than just addressing it. She's cycled through secretaries and I'm not surprised. I ended up switching to ABSee Vision because I just couldn't handle her and the lack of patience she had with my child (who was acting like a typical 3 year old, nothing abnormal or crazy). Over 2 hours in her office dealing with her.
