I like the fact that referrals get review approve or denied quickly. Apa Patel is a great doctor and I'm happy to have her as my PCP. I feel comfortable with her, and it has been a while since I had a PCP that I could say that's my doctor.

Only good experiences - - Alpa Patel is professional, approachable, extremely knowledgeable, was able to help me to get up to speed on screening labs and procedures, vaccines, etc. She helped me feel empowered to improve my health situation by taking her advice re: lifestyle changes, diet, exercise, referrals for colonoscopy, etc. I feel less afraid and intimidated by the health care system when seeing her.
