What stood out to me is she is always on time no long waits.She does a good job when you have patients that do what the doctor say.

I love Alyssa, she really listens. And wants the best for her patients! She is Great.

Dr. Benson is an amazing doctor. From my personal experience with her. I had been seeing her off and on for 6 years. ( I moved out of state and back to FL,) She spent at least an hour plus with me just going over all my medical history, getting my records from her very Dr. And specialists I had in 3 different states. I'm a rare breed when it comes to my health. Dr. Benson actually sends me for test, blood work, and to see specialist where my previous doctors overlooked many things about my health, that she addressed!!! Im blessed she takes my health insurance. She's amazing.

Waited on the phone for 2 hours and got no answer. Another company put a rush on an email to her, but still never contacted me. How can you run a business like this and not respond to their emails

How do people like this even get to practice medicine? I went in with this raw rash on my inner thighs and she said take an oatmeal bath. I told her that I had already tried that but she wouldn’t listen. Went to the MedExpress and they prescribed me an ointment that cleared me up in two days! Alyssa can’t be bothered to help. Don’t bother making an appointment with her.

She's terrible. Misdiagnosed me with an STD. I asked for a test and was told no and given an Rx for warts that I never had. After buying the medication and burning the hell out of my vagina, I went somewhere else and was told immediately I had cysts. A little different than an STD which had caused depression and mistrust of my partner. Never would I return to her or recommend this woman to anyone. If you don't know what someone's issue is you definitely don't take a guess when there are tests out here which I asked for.

Alyssa is very attentive and gives you the best advice for your individual needs... She also holds you accountable... She recognizes bad habits without you even saying anything... She monitors every detail of your health thoroughly... I am in better health bc of her...
