I had an appointment with Alyssa today. She was very kind and caring. The office was very clean and inviting. My overall experience was wonderful.

I walked in stressed and frightened. I walked out even more so. Ms. Coogan had NO compassion, no empathy, not at all interested in what I had to say. She became defensive when I had questions. She just froze her face and became stubborn and arrogant. I was scared. She didn't help. If you have a serious dermatological issue, RUN, don't walk to any other office. This is a chain with several offices. It is the McDonald's of dermatology. Beware.. Caution... You have been warned.
