I would highly recommend Alyssa Ragland at Tier One. She’s with Dr. Burstadt. She listens to your questions and explains everything thoroughly. I had some questions about my upcoming treatment and she went and checked on it will I was still in the room so I knew how we were going to proceed before I left and not have to wait for a phone call.

Professionalism
Ms Ragland is very professional and very knowledge about my issues and the best approach to take. She explains my situation in a way that is easy for me to understand and takes a logical approach to help. Also Ms Ragland nurse is the best one I have encountered in any of my numerous doctor's visits. She is competent and thorough in obtaining my medical information. Plus she has a calming personality.
