If I Could Leave Her Zero Stars I Would
I went to urgent care for a sinus infection and for antibiotics. She treated me like I was an addict asking for opioids. I left work crying from the pain in my head and I have a significant ENT history. She did not care about my history or even listening to me. She was argumentative, rude and condescending. I also work in healthcare. Seeing her was one of the worst interactions that I’ve ever had with a health care provider...all over not wanting to prescribe antibiotics for a sinus infection.

Worst "care" ever pt 2 or 2
When the nurse came back in to test me for flu, and strep he said, "the dr said you wanted these tests". When I explained that was not the case, he was frustrated and upset. I asked the dr to come back in, which she did. She told me there was no basis for me receiving antibiotics, and that unless I did the tests she would not prescribe them. I reminded her that was not what she had said only moments ago, and she called me a liar. I spoke to her manager who backed up the dr's claims. I left feeling worse that when I arrived. Not only was I still sick, I was offended and very upset. I had received zero care and had not been treated, only abused. Oddly enough, I got home and received a text message that I had a prescription ready for me at the pharmacy. The prescription was for a cough medicine which I had not asked for, or been spoken to about, alsmost as if she felt she had to cover herself, and send some medication in. The only thing is she had offered no counseling on the medication.

Not helpful. Did not acknowledge pain. Avoid the urgent care she works at (CareWell Marlboro)
